Does every plan include a complete website?
No. Mini includes a booking page. The full Website Studio is available on Pro and eligible plans. Check the plan's features below before choosing.
Can I change the text and photographs?
Yes. Edit your site's content, images, colours and sections, prepare changes in a private draft and publish later.
I already have a website. Do I need to replace it?
No. You can add your BCaly booking link to your existing website. Embedding bookings within another website depends on your plan's features.
Are deposits collected automatically?
Customers pay using the method you configure, such as bank transfer, PayPal or Revolut, subject to local availability. For these direct methods, BCaly displays instructions and records the status; you verify receipt. This is not an automatic charge.
What do I need before publishing?
Your services, opening hours, text and images, plus the operator's identity, policies and other applicable legal information. Legal fields and cookie controls help you configure the website; review the information for your business.
