Calendar
How to prepare your calendar for online bookings
Public availability should reflect actual working time, including preparation, breaks and your team's commitments.
Set realistic appointment lengths
Allow for preparation and cleanup when setting durations or available intervals. A service taking an hour should not expose slots as though it takes thirty minutes. Start with a small catalogue and verify its behaviour before adding more services.
Check who can deliver each service
Set each professional's hours and services. Record absences and blocked time so occupied hours are not offered. If you use an external calendar, test synchronisation in both systems and confirm the integration's limits.
Check the workflow before sharing
Test an available slot, a blocked slot and a booking change. For reminders, check configured channels, applicable consent and any SMS balance requirements. Follow early bookings to identify recurring questions and improve your instructions.
